  • You may not copy or modify our proprietary materials
  • Feedback you provide may be used without compensation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPGRUND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access:

  • Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We may modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • We are not liable for third-party service disruptions

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Request by law enforcement

Governing Law
